This policy explains what Delray Media LLC collects through delray.cloudcs.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Campaigns we operate for clients are governed by the disclosures shown on those campaigns and by our agreements with the client.

Information you give us. When you submit the pricing request form we collect your name, company, work email address, an optional phone number, the vertical and volume you selected, your timeline, and whatever you write in the lead criteria field.

Information collected automatically. When a form is submitted we also record the IP address the submission came from, the browser user agent, the referring page, and basic device characteristics such as screen size, time zone and language. This is kept as a submission record and used to distinguish real inquiries from automated spam.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies for advertising purposes.

How we use it

• To answer your pricing request and any follow-up correspondence about it
• To decide whether a program is something we can serve well
• To detect and block automated or fraudulent submissions
• To keep a record of business inquiries we have received

We do not use information submitted through this form for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a price.

How we share it

How long we keep it

Pricing requests are retained for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship with you, and after that for the period we need them for recordkeeping and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and identify the request you are referring to. We respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor those rights where they apply.

Security

The site is served over TLS and submissions are stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise. Do not send sensitive personal information, financial account details or protected health information through this form.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page rather than made quietly.
